Batting Cage Sign Up Form

1. Coach must attend 2009 orientation if new to Pee Wees, Minors, or Majors.  Also any Pitch ball teams interested in using the cage must attend orientation.  For any coach that has attended orientation previously, attendance is optional.
2. Enter name & ph # for weekly code assignment.
3. Use Batting Cage equipment- Not team supplies.
4. All players MUST wear helmets in cage area.
5. One player in cage at one time.
6. Wait OUTSIDE the net area, if not batting/pitching.
7. Adult pitchers only.
8. Replace all equipment into shed.
9. Rake batting cage, fill holes in batting area.
10. Note condition of cage.
11. Turn off power [in shed].
12. Lock shed door & gate.
13. Cage limit: 3x/week
