On behalf of the Board of Directors of CGAA Softball, thank you for an excellent Fall Ball season.  Because of your dedication getting your daughters to practices and games over the past 2 months, over 100 girls got to enjoy and participate in Fall Softball and for that, we thank you.

Before we put the 2009 Fall season too far into our rear view mirror, we would like you to take a few minutes to complete an evaluation for our program.  We are collecting information about every aspect of the Fall program from your daughter’s coach, to the level that she played at to your view of CGAA Softball as a whole.  Please take the time to fill out the evaluation once for each different level you had a daughter playing in for Fall Softball.  If your children played at the same level, you only need to fill the evaluation out once. 

Each evaluation should not take more than 5 minutes of your time.  Please answer openly and honestly as all responses will be kept confidential.  We will use the information to better educate our coaches, to help with coach selection and to improve in areas where you the public see us lagging behind.

We have some exciting things already in the works for our offseason program, so with this information, we hope to make CGAA Softball an even better program for next year and the years to come.
