In House League Information

2024 teams continue in South East Metro Fastpitch League (SEML)

The South East Metro Fastpitch League, partners with East Ridge, Woodbury, and St. Paul Park to form a larger, more fun and competitive league.  We are excited about the opportunity for the girls as this relationship with our surrounding communities continue to grow.
